This staff has chance to summon val'kyr to fight by your side from your harmful spells. Proc is usually low, but can happen eg. from every arcane missile hit. This happened to me today in random hc. :P

wow someones got an annoyingly good graphics card. Also dude.......half ure bloody UI is taken up with action bars surely u dont use that much shit in a dps rotation? thats like half ure bloody screen man
